Online Shop Orders:
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@officeboxonline.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• If the return is rejected due to damage, signs of use, or missing components, we will notify you by email.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Digital products/downloads
• Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We can then make it right as quickly as possible.
Business Offers:
Returns
All our Business Offer products are subject to a 30-day hassle free money back guarantee. We will accept all returns and refunds within this time period provided the product is:
• unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (payment receipt)
• If the product is a downloadable, then it should not have been downloaded or activated.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@officeboxonline.com with your reference number. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item or we will cancel the downloadable product and Product PIN.
